V Street Band

At first glance, you might not know what to expect from Eugene Smith singer/guitar and his V Street Band, Jan Stirling keyboards, Dave Augustine bass, John Miller drums and Randy Waldie lead guitar. The V Street Band is fast becoming a staple in Victoria and have played in numerous venues throughout the city, including a stint as house band at the Central Bar and Grill. With influences ranging from Otis Redding, Bo Diddley and Booker T, the V Street Band grabs hold of the crowd and compels you to get in the groove with an evening of solid blues and R&B tunes.
