Red Clay has played with some of North America’s finest artists on the m/s Norwegian Star. This group is back to provide your venue with world class music. This jazz based trio made their start playing on Vancouver Island’s vineyard circuit and wedding scene. Their repertoire covers everything from jazz standards, show tunes, cocktail music, Latin grooves, to high energy rock, blues, and Motown. The trio also works with several fine horn players, vocalists, and guitar players for larger scale concerts and festivals. Whether your needs call for a laid back cocktail set, or a high energy party band, we can provide music to suit all requirements and events. As part of the Norwegian Star Showband, they backed up artists such as Rosie O’Donnell, Audra McDonald (3-Time Tony winner), Rosie’s Broadway Belters, the New York Cast of Les Miserables, Lorna Luft, Elvy Rose, Jeff Trachta, and other Las Vegas acts. Locally, they have played weddings, corporate events, trade shows, private parties, restaurants, ballroom dance functions, and resorts.Red Clay is influenced by artists such as Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Michael Buble, Chick Corea, Stevie Wonder, Astrud Gilberto, A.C. Jobim, Elton John, Billy Joel, and many Vegas artists.
