Kim has also started her journey into the world of recording, having released two self-produced singles from her home studio on streaming platforms. She has also had the exceptional honour of serving as a Juno Awards Judge. Kim is also the curator for the wonderful Jazz Evensong series at St. Mary's Oak Bay.
Originally trained in the Western classical tradition, Kim graduated from the Royal Conservatory of Music, and studied for several years under renowned vocal pedagogue Selena James.
