Name: LIBRARY (Tyler Schwindt)
Age: 22
From: Comox, BC

Drawing on influences from countless genres and using impeccably original styling, Tyler Schwindt has created Library. Library’s debut EP, I Am Saturn’s Arms, was recorded over ten days at The Hive Studios in Burnaby, BC. Writing, composing and recording every song entirely on his own, Tyler used the discipline and dedication that he’d learned from years in popular Western Canadian punk band Drakes Advantage a few years earlier to create and perfect Library and I Am Saturn’s Arms.

Tyler is currently working on Library as a solo artist. He will soon be moving from Comox to Vancouver, BC, where he is looking forward to finding fellow musicians to work with in order to create a live show that reflects the magnitude and influences behind Library.

I Am Saturn’s Arms is not only for fans of a specific genre, band or artist. Library showcases influences from many different places, and is near impossible to pigeonhole. The use of a variety of instruments, effects and vocal styling makes I Am Saturn’s Arms a musical masterpiece, with Tyler drawing on the lessons of artists from this generation and ones before it. The debut EP from Library is, most simply, for fans of music.

For fans of Sam Roberts, ELO, Pink Floyd & The Beach Boys.

If you want a disc let me know and I'll send one!

Would love to hear some feedback!

cool.

First step is fixing your URL link to get people to check you out. You have a ')' in there that messes it up.

Sounds like you said, a mix of Sam Roberts and Beatles and Beach Boys... fun hippie stuff. I could see the Zone playing somehting like this if yopu sent the music director a record. His name is James Sutton and the mailing address is on the contact page, http://www.thezone.fm . - Wed, 18 Jul 2007 5:37pm
